We are teaming up with Heartbeat Wellness Collective to bring you a relaxing and rejuvenating Saturday among the sunflowers. Start off the morning with yoga led by Jennah, then detoxify in the wood-fired sauna and end with a plunge in the cold tub. After, stroll the sunflowers and take some sunshine home with you!
